Finally, Someone More Well Known Then Myself Is Saying, "Times Will Get Tougher in the Legal Profession."

Gerry Riskin of Amazing Firms and Practices, highly regarded in the legal marketing community, is now one of the first I know of, besides myself, to openly acknowledge "'doom and gloom for the legal economy...it's coming."

I go further in my posts believing the entire economy and many professions and businesses will take a huge hit. It is also the reason I promote going lean and mean and on your own because when the ship sinks where do you want to be, on the Titanic?  Captain your own ship.  It may (or may not) be a luxury liner, but it's yours.  You can control where it goes.

This is not to get you distressed or depressed.  You should simply prepare for any eventuality so you don't sink when the economic tides shift.
