This month's edition of The Complete Lawyer is now on line and it is all about 'The Associate' and jam packed with great articles.

It's a shame this quote didn't also say,
...portable experience and knowledge that will make them attractive not only to their current employers but also to future employers, that future employer quite possibly being themselves should they decide to go solo.
